unsupported image effects
-e: several of the standard image effects are not supported on WebGL
WebGL's issue or ours?
-repro:
--build test scene of attached project
--run in browser
--open browser console
--click through the effects
--NOTICE some of them will throw an error in the browser console saying they are not supported
--Bloom, DepthOfFieldScatter, AmbientObscurance, GlobalFog, ColorCorrectionLut, CameraMotionBlur
