Unresponsiveness to user input for an excessive time after switching window layout
Steps to repro:
1) Load the given project
2) Create 2 different layouts where the scene views are closed but game views are open
3) Play the scene and switch between 2 different layouts
Result: Editor do not respond to user input after switching between diferent layouts
Note: Bug is aalso reproducible on 5.6.0a6
