Unpacked prefabs added to a prefab instance are removed when Undoing any change made to main prefab
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "case_775_repro.zip"
2. Open "Cube variant" prefab in Prefab Mode
3. In the Prefab Mode, add "Cylinder" prefab to the Hierarchy window
4. Unpack the added prefab
5. Select "Cube variant" in the Hierarchy & edit the X value of the Transform component
6. Undo
Expected result: Unpacked prefab is not removed
Actual result: Unpacked prefab is removed
Reproducible with - 2020.2.0a10, 2020.3.12f1, 2021.1.12f1, 2021.2.0a21
Not reproducible with - 2018.4.36f1, 2019.4.27f1, 2020.2.0a9
