Unlit/PBR Shader Graph Keywords menu is too small and is difficult to navigate when opened
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Select New Shader Graph asset
3. Press "..." button next to the Keywords label at the Inspector
4. See Keywords menu looks cropped, items do not fit into it
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a8(introduced 7.0.0), 2019.3.0b5, 2020.1.0a7
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.32f1, 2018.4.10f1, 2019.2.7f2, 2019.3.0a7
Reproducible with Shader Graph package: 7.0.0 - 7.1.2
Not reproducible with Shader Graph package: 6.9.1 and lower
Actual results: menu is cropped, and is hard to navigate
Expected results: everything fits into the menu
