Unknown type:'EntryListView' error appears instead of UI Toolkit container when Managed Stripping Level is set to High or Medium
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "case_1336612.zip" project
2. In the Project window, select Build Pipeline/Windows
3. In the Inspector window, under Classic Code Stripping Options, set High as Managed Stripping Level
4. Select Build and Run
5. Observe the Build view
Expected result: custom UI Toolkit container is displayed
Actual result: window with "Unknown type:'EntryListView'" message is displayed
Reproducible with: 1.0.0-preview.14 (2021.1.10f1), 2021.2.0a18, 2021.2.0a19
Could not test with: 2018.4.25f1, 2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.11f1, 2021.2.0a1, 2021.2.0a17 (could not downgrade)
Note: Not reproducible when Managed Stripping Level is set to Low or Disabled
