[UniversalRP] Metallic/ smoothness on the Lit material disappear once the scene is saved
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open Unity Hub and create a new UniversalRP template project
2) Create a sphere in the scene
3) Create a material and apply this material to the sphere
4) Set the metallic and smoothness on the material to 1
Observe: Material is metallic and smooth (reflects all the environment)
5) Press Ctrl+S(to save the scene)
Observe: Smoothness and metallic disappear
