[UniversalRP][ARCore][ARFoundation] Camera feed is not rendered if Render Scale in URP settings is set above 1.85 on Oppo Reno Z
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Run and deploy to Oppo Reno Z device
Expected result - camera feed is rendered
Actual result - notice that camera feed is not rendered
Reproducible with - 2020.1.0a11, 2019.3.0b8, 2019.3.0b1
Packages that had issue reproducing - ARFoundation (ARCore) 3.0.0 preview.4, 3.0.0 preview.1, UniversalRP 7.1.2
