UnityWebRequest returns "HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found" if URI contains 'plus' ("+") character followed by 'space' (" ") character
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “UnityWebRequest_LocalFileBug.zip” project
2. Open the “Main” Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
Expected result: No errors in the Console and 3 textures are logged as loaded
Actual result: "HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found" error appears in the Console for the path that contains "+ "
Reproducible with: 2019.4.32f1, 2020.3.23f1, 2021.2.2f1, 2022.1.0a15
Notes:
- File.Exists(fullPath) finds all files
