UnityWebRequest.isDone is always false when it is trying to communicate with a nonexisting remote server
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project (858829-ReproProject.zip)
2. Open and play the "test" scene
3. Press the only button in the scene and wait a few seconds
Actual result: UnityWebRequest.isDone is false when it is trying to communicate with a nonexisting remote server
Expected result: UnityWebRequest.isDone should be true even when the UnityWebRequest is trying to communicate with a nonexisting remote server
