UnityWebRequest continues to execute after exiting play mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the "DownloadResourceLeakRepro.zip"project
2. Open the only scene available
3. Open TaskManager
4. Play the scene
5. Wait for a couple of seconds
6. Stop the scene
-Observe the CPU usage of "Unity Editor" process
Actual result: UnityWebRequest continues to execute after exciting play modes
Expected result: UnityWebRequests are terminated after exiting play mode
Reproduced on: 5.6.0a2, 5.5.0b11, 5.4.2p4, 5.3.7f1
