[UnityTest] Test Runner's tests are stopped when NotImplementedException is thrown
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the Test Runner Window (Window->General->Test Runner)
3. In Test Runner Window, press the "Run All" button
Expected result: All tests are finished and the "CubeMovesDown" test fails
Actual result: An Exception is thrown and the tests are stopped
Reproducible with: 2018.4.16f1 (built-in), 2019.2.19f1 (0.0.29-preview, 1.1.11), 2019.3.0f6, 2020.1.0a21 (1.1.9, 1.1.11)
Couldn't test with: 2017.4.36f1 (Package Manager does not exist)
