UnityLoader error: pako is not defined
To reproduce:
1. Build project
2. Upload build and www folder to server
3. Change path to UnityLoader in www/index.php
4. Open www/index.php in browser
5. Open Developer Tools
Actual: UnityLoader error is thrown in console
Expected: Build is loaded without errors
Reproducible: 5.5.0p4, 5.5.1f1
Not reproducible: 5.4.4p1, 5.6.0b6
