UnityEngine.UI Graphic Rebuild Loop Error
How to reproduce:
1. Open given Unity project
2. Enter play mode
3. Error message appears in console
Expected result: When entering play mode, no error messages should be displayed
Actual result: Error message is displayed when entering play mode
Regression first introduced in: 2017.2.0a3
Reproducible with:2017.2.0a3, 2017.2.0b1, 2017.2.0f3, 2017.3.0b7, 2018.0a1
Not reproducible with: 5.6.2f1, 2017.1.2p2, 2017.2.0a1, 2017.2.0a2
