Unity throws errors when overriding the same build
How to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project
2. Save new scene
3. Select File -> Build Settings
4. Create new build called "test"
5. Override "test" build with new build called "test"
Expected result: New build should be created
Actual result: Unity throws errors

Reproducible with: 2018.2.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2018.1.0b3, 2017.3.0p2, 2017.2.1p2, 2017.1.3f1, 5.6.4p4
