Unity throws errors when Learn project is launched and tutorials don't start
How to reproduce:
1. Start Unity
2. Select Learn
3. Download one of the given tutorials and then start it
4. Wait until the editor starts
Expected result: Tutorial should start
Actual result: Tutorial doesn't start and errors keep throwing
Regression first introduced in: 2017.3.0b1
Reproducible with: 2017.3.0b1, 2017.3.0b3, 2017.3.0b4, 2017.3.0b6, 2018.1.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2017.2.0b11, 2017.3.0a1, 2017.3.0a7
Note:
When Learn project is launched, Unity cannot open new windows, like: "Troubleshoot the issue".
