Unity takes an extended amount of time to recompile after editing a script
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project (longCompileTime)
2. Open any script in the project
3. Put a space anywhere in the script and save it
- Note that it takes over 1 minute and 30 seconds to recompile (sometimes longer)
- Project contains about 1000 scripts
- Also attached is a project with 1000+ scripts which takes less than 15 seconds to compile
- Reproduced in Version 5.3.2p4 (f3eb2e65f8a2), Version 5.4.0b7 (83df6fa5e23f)
