[XR][Linux][Vulkan] UNITY_SINGLE_PASS_STEREO is not set on "mock HMD"
To reproduce:
1) Open attached project and scene
2)
If 2018.2, change graphics API to Vulkan in player settings and check "Vulkan Editor"
If 2018.1, make sure you are using Linux OS
3) Play it
Expected: Cube is green
Actual: Cube is red
Reproduced in 2017.3.0p2, 2018.1.0b13, 2018.2.0a9
