Unity Remote Setting Learn more link is leading to a non existing web page
How to reproduce:
1. Open "New Unity Project(21)"
2. Enter Window -> Unity Analytics -> Remote Settings
3. Click on Learn more
Expected result: A working page should be opened
Actual result: https://github.com/UnityTech/RemoteConfigEditor is opened which is not valid page
Regression first introduced in:
Reproducible with: 2018.1.0b6, 2017.3.1p1, 2017.2.1p4, 2017.1.3p1, 5.6.5p1

Resolution Note:
The Remote Settings Plugin is no longer supported and fixes to the plugin are not currently being worked on. Developers are encouraged to migrate to the new Remote Config Package for Projects made in Editor versions 2018.3+
