Unity player doesn't respect window position when set in script using Display.SetParam
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user attached Project
2. Build and Run the SampleScene
Expected result: The Player opens at the top left corner of the primary screen (Position 0, 0)
Actual result: The Player is centered in the screen after initialization
Reproducible with: 2020.2.7f1, 2020.3.2f1, 2021.1.0f1, 2021.2.0a10
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.23f1, 2020.2.6f1
Could not test with: 2018.4 (Compiler errors)
