Unity Player crashes on strrchr when launching it with -client or -server argument
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Build the project
3. Launch the player with -client or -server argument
Actual result: Unity player crashes.
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a6, 2019.2.0b6, 2019.1.7f1, 2018.4.2f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2017.4.29f1.
Notes:
Requires Unity Pro to reproduce.
