Unity logo is rendered at a low resolution when viewed in the Hierarchy window next to the scene name
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Project with any template
2. In the Hierarchy window observe the Unity logo next to the scene name
Expected result: The Unity logo is rendered at a high resolution
Actual result: The Unity logo is rendered at a low resolution
Reproducible with: 2021.3.32f1, 2022.2.0a14
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.14f1, 2023.2.1f1, 2023.3.0a15
Fixed in: 2022.2.0a15
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Enterprise (by reporter), Windows 11 Pro
Not reproduced on: Windows 10 Pro, Linux-Ubuntu-20.04, macOS 12.6.1 (M1)
