Unity is not always responsive to pen or touch input on tablet
Unity installed on tablet (ex. Surface Pro with Windows 8 or Windows 8.1) is not always responsive to direct pen or touch input. Also, Unity is not always responsive when using a pen tablet.
Workaround: use a mouse.
