Unity Import processes while opening a project repeatedly take the window focus away from other activities
To reproduce:
1) Have a project which requires a lot of different importing (example attached)
2) Delete Library folder
3) Open Unity and select the above project to load
4) Immediately after selecting, move your focus away from any Unity-based window (for example, select the browser)
Expected: Importing runs in the background, never interrupts your work
Actual: Several times, the importing window will forcibly take the window focus
