Unity icon is missing in the Editor window
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Observe the icon on the top-left corner of the Editor window
Expected result: Unity icon is shown
Actual result: The default icon is shown
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a8, 2023.1.0a10
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.39f1, 2021.3.10f1, 2022.1.16f1, 2022.2.0b8, 2023.1.0a6
Tested and reproduced with: Windows 10
Note: 2023.1.0a7 Unity version is not available
