Unity IAP Facebook store implementation library conflicts with NuGets Facebook library for WSA
Step to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Enable IAP and import IAP plugin
3. Import 'Facebook.dll' attached OR download Facebook SDK for .NET from https://www.nuget.org/packages/Facebook/7.0.6
4. If there aren't any error messages in the console build for Universal Windows Platform and observe build failure
Expected result: IAP Facebook library does not conflict with NuGets Facebook library for WSA
Actual result: IAP Facebook library conflicts with NuGets Facebook library for WSA
