Unity Hub opens as a smaller window when launched on a secondary monitor
How to reproduce:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Move Unity Hub window to the secondary monitor (Make sure the secondary monitor is set as the main display)
3. Close Unity Hub completely (ensure it’s not running in the system tray)
4. Open Unity Hub
5. Observe the Unity Hub window
Actual result: Unity Hub opens in a small crowded window (Not the original size before it was closed)
Expected result: Unity Hub opens the same size as it was closed originally
Reproducible with: 3.15.4, 3.16.0-beta.1
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Workaround: Move the Unity Hub window or resize it manually
