Unity Hub hovering highlight is separate for arrow keys and mouse cursor and both can be active at the same time making it possible to highlight all options in some dropdowns
Steps to reproduce:
- Open Unity Hub
- Click on the "Switch theme" dropdown to open it
- Navigate to one of the not selected dropdown options using the arrow keys
- Hover with the mouse cursor on the last not selected dropdown
- Observe the "Switch them" dropdown
Actual results: Arrow keys and mouse cursor hover highlights are separate and can be active at the same time
Expected results: Arrow keys and mouse cursor hover highlights cannot be active at the same time
Reproducible with versions: 3.14.2
Tested on (OS): macOS Silicon Sequoia 15.6.1
