Unity Hub doesn't allow project paths that contain $ symbol
To reproduce:
1. Try creating a new project in a directory that has $ symbol in its name
Expected: $ symbol in the project's path should not prevent users from creating a project there
Reproduced in 0.11.0, 0.12.0
