Unity hangs after opening script with external script editor set to Notepad++
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. In editor preferences set external script editor to Notepad++
3. Open any script located in Assets/Scripts by double-clicking it
4. Notice that Unity hangs after Notepad++ is launched
Note: Issue doesn't occur if Notepad++ is already launched when opening the script
Tested using Notepad++ 7.2 (32-bit) Nov 2 build.
Reproduced with: 5.2.5f1, 5.3.7f1, 5.4.2p4, 5.5.0b11, 5.6.0a2
