Unity freezes when code is modifying MasterTextureLimit while texture mipmap streaming is already running
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “repro-streaming-hang.zip” project
2. Open the "Window > AssetBundle Browser" window
3. In the "AssetBundle Browser" window select "Build" tab
4. Select a "Build Target" for your current platform and click "Build" button
5. Enter the Play Mode
Expected result: Successfully entered the Play Mode
Actual result: The Editor freezes
Reproducible with: 2019.4.33f1, 2020.3.24f1, 2021.2.4f1, 2022.1.0a16
