[New Runtime] Unity produces lots of errors when importing DLL
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Download attached EvilCore.dll
3. Import it to created project
4. Notice that whole editor except top bar gets unresponsive
Additional steps:
5. Close Unity
6. Try to reopen project
7. Notice that project doesn't open
Reproduced with: 5.1.4f1, 5.2.4p2, 5.3.2p3, 5.4.0b5
