Unity freeze and mono_arch_find_jit_info_ext crash when importing Corrupted Mesh Asset files
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open new Project
2. Add any of the provided Assets in the Project folder
Expected: they get imported
Actual: Unity hangs and crashes upon pressing the exit button
Reproduced in: 2018.3.0a2, 2018.3.12f1, 2019.1.0b11, 2019.2.0a11
Not reproduced in: 2017.4.25f1, 2018.3.0a1
Note: Sometimes it crashes on start
