Unity fails to import a specific fbx file created with iClone 3DXchange
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Import XChangeAvatar.fbx into the project
3. Observe the materials folder is not created and mode is white
Expected result: Editor should import a model and texture it
Actual result: Editor does not create the material folder
Reproduced with: 2017.3.0p2, 2018.1.0b2, 2018.2.0a1
Not reproduced with: 5.6.4p4, 2017.1.3f1, 2017.2.1p2
