Unity Editor/Module installation is stuck when installing on a drive with no free space
Reproduction steps:
1. Install a module on a Unity Editor when the drive has no free space
2. If the installation is stuck, force quit Unity Hub
3. Open Unity Hub
4. Go to Installs
5. Observe the module
Expected result: Installation doesn’t get stuck
Actual result: After force quitting Unity Hub, the module is shown as installed even though the Editor reports it as missing
Reproducible with: 3.2.0, 3.4.1
Reproducible on: Windows 10, Linux
Note: Couldn’t reproduce this exact issue locally. but I tried installing just an Editor on a USB Flash Drive, and the installation got stuck, even though there was 64GB of free space.
Workaround: Free some disk space, delete the Unity Editor manually from the installation folder and reinstall it.

This doesn't work, now I have a drive with 400 gigabytes free and the error still continues
