Unity Editor loading screen flickers when slightly dragging the window during project opening
How to reproduce:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Open a project
3. Slightly drag the Editor’s loading screen
4. Observe the Editor’s loading screen’s behavior
Expected result: Editor’s loading screen does not flicker
Actual result: Editor’s loading screen flickers
Reproducible with: 6000.2.11f1, 6000.2.13f1
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.62f1, 6000.2.10f1, 6000.3.0f1 (820bc0c5f094), 6000.4.0a5, 6000.5.0a1
Reproduced on: Windows 11 (24H2)
Not reproduced on: No other environments tested
