Unity Editor is shown as busy or locked when trying to uninstall it via Hub
Repro steps:
1. Make sure that Unity Editor is not running
2. Uninstall one of the Unity Editor's versions via Unity Hub
Expected results: chosen Unity Editor is uninstalled
Actual results: chosen Unity Editor is removed from the Hub, but remains installed on the machine
Error Message:
