Unity Editor is frozen when the project is loaded
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "IN-33309.zip" project
2. Wait for it to load
Expected result: It’s possible to interact with the Unity Editor after the project is loaded
Actual result: It’s not possible to interact with the Unity Editor as the application becomes frozen
Reproduced with: 2022.2.5f1, 2022.2.7f1
Not reproduced with: 2022.2.4f1, 2022.2.12f1
Could not test with: 2020.3.46f1, 2021.3.21f1, 2023.1.0b8, and 2023.2.0a8 (for 2020.3.46f1 and 2021.3.21f1, the supported URP package version is too old, and some assets are not properly imported; for 2023.1.0b8 and 2023.2.0a8, the API for the project source files is changed, and the assets are not properly imported; for all of these versions, the Play Mode doesn’t launch automatically, meaning the project is not imported correctly)
Fixed in: 2022.2.8f1
Reproduced on: Windows 10
