Unity Editor crashes on amdMtlBronze_FillInUBMSurfaceInfo when switching "Device to use" in Preferences settings
Steps to repro:
1. Open a new project
2. Go to Unity -> Preferences -> General
3. Switch device to use to "Intel Iris Pro Graphics"
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproduced in: 2019.1.8f1, 2019.2.0a5
