Unity Editor crashes when building a scene that has a Game Object with Terrain component
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached "case_1286422.zip" project
2. Build Scenes/SampleScene scene
Expected result: Build is completed
Actual result: Build fails
Reproducible with: 2019.4.12f1
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.29f1, 2019.4.11f1, 2019.4.13f1, 2019.4.15f1, 2020.1.14f1, 2020.2.0b12, 2021.1.0a7
