Unity editor crashes on D3D12ScratchBuffer::D3D12ScratchBuffer when instantiating a prefab
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's provided project
2. Try dragging in "Warrior" prefab from the project's window into the scene (Assets -> Prefabs -> Characters)
- observe the crash
Reproducible with: 2018.4.3f1, 2019.1.7f1, 2019.2.0b6
Not reproducible on: 2017.4.x (old prefabs), 2019.3.x (issue1154163)
