Unity Editor crashed in QuantisedMatrixHash after deleting the speed tree asset when the tree is already painted on the terrain

To reproduce:

1. Open the project, attached by the tester (terrainTreeBug.zip)
2. Open the "scene" scene
3. Delete Tree prefab from the Project

Expected: the Editor doesn't crash when the tree asset is painted on the terrain and then removed

Reproduced in 2017.2.0a4, 2017.2.0f3, 2017.3.0b5, 2017.3.0b6, 2018.1.0a1
Did not reproduce in 2017.1.2p2, 2017.2.0a3
Regression introduced in 2017.2.0a4
