Unity does not show proper error message when running on unsupported GPUs
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Unity on a computer that has a GPU which doesn't meet minimum system requirements/is deprecated
Expected results: Unity should show a message that users GPU isn't supported
Actual results: project stay in a black/white screen, without any info
