Unity does not refresh the project after an asset gets created through script
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project. It contains a script that generates a texture in play mode
2. Attach the "SaveTextureTest" script to the Main Camera in scene
3. Enter play mode - the texture should appear in the "Textures" folder, but it does not. Hitting refresh or defocusing/focusing Unity makes the texture appear where it should be
