Unity crashes when using GraphicsSettings.useScriptableRenderPipelineBatching = true and Material with GPU Instancing enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("nested-prefab-crash.zip")
2. Open scene Assets > Core > Scenes > Test-Occlusion-Scene
3. Press Play
4. If it does not crash, select "Cube" in the Inspector
Expected result: Unity does not crash
Actual result: Unity crashes
Reproducible with - 2018.3.10f1, 2019.1.0a11
Not reproducible with - 2019.1.0a12, 2019.1.0b7, 2019.2.0a9
Could not test with - 2017.4 (no LWRP)
