Unity crashes when trying to undo layer deletion in Animator
Steps to repro:
1. Add a layer in the Animator
2. Delete it
3. Press ctrl-z
4. Observe the crash or errors depending on your system: http://i.imgur.com/ajai7px.png
Expected behavior: Undoing layer deletion should not be allowed
Actual behavior: Undoing layer deletion restores corrupted layer and throws an error or crashes
