How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Wait for a few seconds
Expected result: Unity doesn't crash
Actual result: Unity crashes
Reproducible with: 2017.4.38f1, 2018.4.20f1, 2019.3.6f1, 2020.1.0b3, 2020.2.0a5

Resolution Note (fix version 2020.2):
Editor will now verify portable executable headers before attempting to load them. Fixed in Unity 2020.2.0a12
