Unity crashes when closed after un-doing an action
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Create a new GameObject
3. Add the "UndoBugScript" to it
4. Add any component to the GameObject
5. Press ctrl + f6 to create a new GameObject as a child of the first one, without registering an undo operation
6. Press ctrl + z to remove the component you added
7. Close Unity
Result: Unity crashes during TransformHierarchyChangeDispatch::DispatchSelfAndParents
Reproducible on 5.5.0p4, 5.6.0b3
Not reproducible on: 5.3.7p1, 5.4.4f1
Tested on: Windows 10
