Unity Crash when importing fbx files
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Users attached project "unity fundamental dev.zip"
2. Import Users attached file "ThroneBase01.fbx" or "GroundTrim01.fbx"
-- Notice the blank NormalMap Window pops up and Unity Crash
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0a5, 2019.2.0b6, 2019.3.0a5
Not Reproducible with: 2018.4.2f1, 2019.1.7f1, 2019.2.0a4
Note: The crash does not stop the importation of the files, therefore after Unity restarts the fbx files are imported
