Unity freezes after reimporting a material with a Default texture type normal map
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "NormalMapWindow" project
2. Reimport the "Mat.mat" material
Expected result: A "NormalMap Settings" window pops up asking if you want to change the "Sand.jpg" texture type to normal map
Actual result: Unity freezes
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0a6, 2019.2.0b5, 2019.3.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.29f1, 2018.4.2f1, 2019.1.6f1, 2019.2.0a3
Couldn't test with 2019.2.0a4 and 2019.2.0a5 due to libcef crashes

Just updated to Unity 2019.3.0a7 and I'm encountering this issue. I've also encountered it on previous alpha builds over the past few weeks.
