Duplicate plugins throw no compiler errors when building a project in 2019.4
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user attached "Controller.zip" project
2. Build and Run the project (File -> Build And Run)
Expected result: Build fails due to duplicate plugins
Actual result: Build fails due to compilation errors in the Console, no compilation errors are shown before building
Reproducible with: 2019.4.24f1, 2019.4.36f1
Not reproducible: 2019.4.23f1, 2020.3.27f1, 2021.2.11f1, 2022.1.0b6, 2022.2.0a3
